How can I cancel an inspection?

At TrustyVisits, we understand that plans can change, often due to circumstances beyond your control, such as last-minute adjustments from landlords. That's why we've designed our cancellation policy to be as accommodating as possible. You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled inspection time without any hassle.

 

For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, we aim to maintain fairness and flexibility. Our system will immediately make your scheduled slot available for other customers. If another booking is confirmed for your original time slot, your cancellation will be automatically accepted, even beyond the 48-hour mark.

This approach ensures fairness for both our clients and our inspectors, keeping everyone's best interests in mind. :)
